Requirements Communication
Engineers conduct preliminary technical confirmation based on customer-provided information such as material characteristics, production cycle, and packaging method.
Proposal Confirmation
Based on application requirements, we provide equipment structure diagrams, parameter configuration recommendations, and on-site layout references.
Prototyping Trial Production
Prototypes are manufactured and tested for material compatibility to confirm stable operation of all functional modules.
Mass Production
After the prototype passes verification, standardized assembly processes are initiated, followed by mass production and rigorous quality inspection.
Shipping and After-Sales Service
